Legacy Staging Toronto

Designed for the local market

Prepare your Toronto property to make a confident first impression.

Toronto buyers make fast decisions from photography and often evaluate compact, high-value spaces. We use appropriately scaled furnishings, clear room purpose and editorial details to make each square foot feel useful and appealing.

Toronto staging should solve the floor plan. A visually attractive room is valuable, but a room that immediately explains how to live, work and entertain in the space is stronger.

Toronto staging FAQ

Questions before you list.

How much does home staging cost in Toronto?

Pricing depends on whether the home is occupied or vacant, the number and size of rooms, access, rental length and preparation required. Legacy Staging currently offers consultations from $249, occupied staging from $799 and vacant staging from $2,495, subject to a property-specific quote.

Do you stage occupied homes in Toronto?

Yes. We can work with suitable existing furniture, edit the layout and add curated décor, artwork, textiles and selected rental pieces where needed.

Can you prepare the property before staging?

Yes. Cleaning, painting, touch-ups, decluttering, cosmetic repairs, lighting, finishing details and curb appeal can be included or coordinated as part of a listing-ready plan.

How early should I book?

Contact us as soon as the expected listing date is known. One to two weeks is a useful minimum for many projects, while larger vacant installations or preparation scopes may require more lead time.

Do you work directly with Realtors?

Yes. Realtors can request consultations, full staging, listing preparation, media coordination and real estate sign-post support through one point of contact.
